Strong and well made.
Well made, strong magnetic latches. I used them on three big garage storage cabinet doors. No problem. Did the job in securing them to close.

Decent product. Can be too strong.
I keep searching for magnet-closures with a little more force-at-distance and a little less force at full contact. But this one worked OK for my hall coat-closet door, easily installed along the top. The adhesive helps one install with screws in exactly the right place.

Just get the strongest one and move it if too strong
For years I've had a cabinet door that wouldn't stay shut: I could close it all the way by pushing on it, but it would open back up as soon as I'd stop applying pressure on it. I've kind of been ignoring it, but it's been taking a couple inches of valuable space in my tiny bathroom so I've finally had enough. I came across those while looking for a solution.I bought the 70 lbs one and when I first unpacked it I felt like I had maybe made a mistake because of how strong it felt. I installed the two sections about 1/12 inch apart because I didn't want the door to make noise when closing and because of how strong it felt, and... nothing. It had literally no effect on my door. So I moved the magnet section a tiny bit closer and hooray, now it works exactly as intended: the door stays shut, doesn't make noise when closing, and isn't too hard to open.So if like me you have no idea what kind of strength you need, my suggestion would be to go with the strongest one and adjust its position based on what you want. You could always move a stronger one further away if you want to make it weaker, but if you buy one that's too weak to begin with then you're out of luck. Also keep in mind that the weight and pull of the door will help you open it, so it will feel a lot weaker once installed than it does playing around with it in your hands. As a side note, the package was missing a screw (got 7 screws in a 2-pack). I decided not to take a star off for this because it shouldn't be too hard for most people to find a random screw somewhere, but it's not a good look...

Miracle Workers
I have a double pantry door with the ball and socket catch at the top. After a few years, they no longer worked. I was constantly closing the half opened doors, hearing the slams from my kids and catching the dogs getting in for treats. I don't know when I never thought to look for this, but I stumbled on it and took a chance. I had them installed and they are working perfect 3 months later. I will say they were a tad frustrating to attach to the door, the screws they provide are microscopic. BUT they are in and they are great, very strong hold.

Super strong
The media could not be loaded. I get this so I could keep my baby out of my daughters toy cabinet but still let my older child access her toys. Here’s the thing. I got the stronger magnets, I probably should’ve gotten the 30 lb. But I’m still happy with it. It was easy enough to install, but I had to fiddle with it a little bit to get the right tension for my daughter to still be able to open. Quick tip. If your magnet is too strong, put 2 to 3 layers of painters tape on the flat part to have some space between the magnets and it’ll make the door a little easier to open. I do that when I’m giving my daughter free access to her cabinet. And when she’s pissing me off, pulling all her crap out, I can remove the tape and keep her out. It’a strong enough that I need to tug pretty hard on it to open it, but it’s still easy enough for an adult to get into.
