Perfect for adding lights without drilling
I have an antique secretary desk that we use as an accent piece for the sitting room. We display some small art pieces and knick-knacks in it so I wanted to add an LED light source but didnโt want to drill holes to run power through it. These let me send power through the cabinet to operate some low power LEDs without permanently altering this beautiful antique. Would also be perfect for applications where air or water tightness are important.

It works
This will transfer power wirelessly over a small distance. How much power depends on the distance. How much voltage is distance dependent too. As can be seen in the video, the power level changes with respect to the distance. The LED bulb brightens and dims depending on how far the coils are apart. This is not a conclusive test as the LED globe is low wattage 12V and runs down to about 3 Volts. It will transfer full power over about 7mm air gap, but you also need to factor a case that protects the coils. If you only need a few volts and a few watts, this will transmit over a good distance. Well over an inch with usable power for small projects. That is however physics. Applications for this abound. Waterproof electronics behind a bulkhead on a boat come to mind for me. My sample was well made, professional looking and had good layout. It is caseless so you can install it. I'm worried about the heatsink. They really need to have that mounted on the board and not rely on the component leads for mechanical support. I know they were thinking give as much flexibility as possible to the user, but this imho is an oversight. Too easy to damage and novice users will mess it up easily.

Taidacent 12V 3A High Power Works Perfectly
This product works exactly the way it was made. But, I had to go to YouTube, to figure out how to hook it up, and properly use it. It does a good job in what I use it for.

Better than advertised!
It worked even better that advertised. Truly high power and transmitted further than stated. It's great for projects and experiments.

Reliable Inductive Coil Modules!
I recently acquired this inductive coil module. The modules work well and as intended. They have been reliable and effective in all my applications, providing consistent results. The build quality of the modules is impressive. They feel sturdy and well-made, which gives me confidence in their durability. : These inductive coil modules are great for a variety of projects. They integrate seamlessly and provide a stable platform for development, making them a valuable addition to my toolkit. While the price isnโt the best, the performance and quality make up for it. Sometimes, paying a bit more for reliability and effectiveness is worth it. Overall, the inductive coil modules are a fantastic purchase. With reliable performance, quality construction, and versatile use, they are perfect for anyone looking to enhance their projects. Highly recommended!

Nothing is correct.
Starting with the obvious differences between what i received, and what is pictured, and detailed within the listing. 1) The device(s) received to not look anything like the pictured device in the listing. 2) The Schematics sent with the devices do not match the devices sent (completely different component layout and part count) 3) The listing shows the ferrite backing on the coils, these are not present. 4) The term "long distance" is misleading at best. The schematic sheet supplied states a distance of "5mm" which is typical for these types of devices. QI wireless power transmission can reach up to 40mm. So i'm unsure as to where they are perceiving "long distance" Now let's move on to functionality. 1) The devices get extremely hot. It is expected that these will get slightly warm, however, the high temps being seen during testing (3 hours) doesn't bode well for anything that will require extended use. 2) The stated 5mm "long distance" is actually more like 1mm. This could be extended with magnetic backing, but not to 5mm, the 5mm stated range is fictional. This entire product feels like a "best guess" design by a novice. Every aspect of the device feels very weekend hobbyist built. Between the component placement, and package types being mix-matched arbitrarily, to the poorly photocopied incorrect schematics. Nothing about this warrants the price. To be honest. I will be tossing these in the garbage.
