Q: I’m 5’5 and 208. What size?

I’m 5’4 and 239lbs. The XL did fit but I’m at the last notches. I think Large would probably be best to actually make a difference.

Q: Does this suit target your butt and make it sweat drastically?

This is definitely not something you’d wear to try to sweat out water weight. It offers good compression and is silky smooth and comfy. I had to wear it after lipo/TT for walks and exercise ut it wasn’t really comfortable. It’s not like a sauna suit type of heat, more like a “sticky thighs on a plastic chair in dead summer” uncomfortable. I would have preferred a sauna suit or proper weight-loss corset if that’s the goal.

Q: What can I do to stop the noice? I am wearing it with a dress and it won’t stop making noise when I walk !!!
