**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: I have Celiac Desease pretty bad.  Looked up Cafe Du Monde Coffee with Chicory (I have to look up EVERYTHING-you would be surprised at what has gluten in it), it is considered gluten free.  I have been drinking this quite a bit on weekends for quite some time now.   Have not had any problems.

**Q: Is this 3 - 15 oz. cans?**
A: They arrived safely on Wednesday.  The decaffenated coffees are 3 - 13 ounce cans.  It's wonderful coffee!

**Q: Is this instant?**
A: No this is not. Brew. Know that this coffee is quite strong, aromatic and wonderful.

**Q: what's the proportion of chicory to coffee? percentage of both.  why this is kept so secret? It has to be transparent.**
A: 2 parts coffee::1 part chicory
