**Q: How long does the ink last?**
A: These are gel pens so they do not last as long as a ball point pen, but they seem to last awhile, especially if you get the medium point.

**Q: Are these lead free or do they comply to the astm standards?**
A: They aren't lead. They are gel. Write like an extremely smooth pen.

**Q: Are these pens waterproof, or water resistant?**
A: I am a waitress and cannot use these pens, they are not water-resistant or waterproof.  The ink will bleed when water gets on the paper no matter how long of a time the ink has been able to dry.

**Q: I don't like throwing out an entire pen when ink runs out. Won't you please provide refills to save on waste? Thank you.**
A: It looks like they do have a two pack of refills but it would be better if you could buy a few pens in a pack and lots of refills! They’re great pens but lots of waste.
