ScanpanCTX 3.5 Litre Dutch Oven with Lid

Perfect size for small stews or side dishes. Not only is it good looking, it’s well crafted and easy to clean. Cooks well on all surfaces! Very pleased.

We had a hard time finding pots that work well with induction cooking. (Try rice in a stainless steel pot - not good.) This pot was pricey, but it turned out to be absolutely perfect. We can cook rice, anything and it comes out flawlessly.The non-stick is NON-TOXIC and makes cleanup a super breeze.You can also use metal tools, but we don't. The construction was meant to last generations, and the non-stick is super welded so that it will probably last forever, too.The only minor little thing is that the handles are a tad bit bulky and large, like a pair of big ears. But, they seem to remain cool, so perhaps that's why they're large. But the pot is fairly lightweight, easy to handle.We tried the same size with the long handle but traded it in for this model. We now have the Scanpan frying pan and this pot - that's all we need besides our outdoor MSR stainless campware that we also totally love.Wish we had these Scanpans from day one... They're the perfect pots for induction cooking - can't be beat. They are also incredible for conventional gas and electric stoves as well. Totally versatile. Nontoxic nonstick super durable. A+++++. I can't ever seeing buying any other type of pots.And also, induction cooking is totally cool. In more ways than one. : )

I've been using these pans for over a month, and really like them. Very easy to clean, and the interiors have been scratch-proof so far. The bottom surface next to the burner is stainless steel, unlike similar pans that have smudgy aluminum on the bottom. So far, these are the best pots and pans I've ever used.

This line of Scanpans are simply the best. Cook like a dream, clean up is super easy. I am slowly replacing all my other pots with this line.

Finally at a price consisitent with what I paid for my first one. Bought the second one for my daughter. She loves it.

I love the scanpan cookware. They cook evenly and clean up effortlessly. My only concern is that for the price the interior will hold up over time. I haven't had mine long enough to determine this.

The only issue I have is the lid handle gets hot; otherwise, it cleans up beautifully, cooks well, and handles a fair amount of soup ingredients.

A beautiful pan - roughly equivalent to a 4 quart dutch oven. Very pricey for the size, but very well made.

Well made with very quality material very precise cook but you need to be careful not to scratch the non stick that is very gentle but also very good (after two months I have a scratch on the bottom)

同じシリーズの浅型のフライパンも使っています。煮物やスープ用にこのお鍋を購入しました。こちらは深さがたっぷりあるので、思っていた以上にたくさん調理出来るので良かったです。1回、ラタトゥイユ的な料理で使用しただけですが、調理後の汚れもお水をいれてかき回せばすぐに取れました。深さがあるので重いですが頑丈なしっかりしたお鍋です。ただ、蓋のガラス部分が少ないので、水滴で中身が見えずらいのが残念。目視で中が確認できると便利なので。
