After using other tens and body toning devices, I was expecting more tingle, probably even uncomfortable at first, but can hardly feel anything, which is great but makes you wonder if it is working properly. You do have to hold it right - easy, and can hear it clicking. Pleased we got the pro model, just keep finger on button, no multiple presses. Can't say how affective as will have different effects on different pains. We got it ready incase, so, easy to use but can't comment on effectiveness

Works very well and kills the pain instantly. Prior to use, I was having broken sleep due to a neck and shoulder injury....using this enabled me to sleep better as it gets to the pain instantly

Didn't work for me

It helps to reduce pain from Dupuytren's disease in the hand, not cheap but it does have a positive effect.

sceptical at first - its not a cure but it brings temporary relief in MCL induced pain and osteoarthritis induced knee pain

This is an excellent product for quick pain relief.This is my second pen, I managed to drop my previous one, and broke it.I rely on the quick and simple way it gives me fast consistent pain relief, I suffer from severe neck pain & arthritis.Very easy to use & reliable.I would definitely recommend this product to any one suffering from regular pain.

Arrived 20min agoPut the battery in.. pressed the button.. nothing happened. 30 sec later the whole thing became hotTook the battery out.. it was boiling .. casing had split.. see photo.. so hot pen and battery were droppedPen onto to the floor and shattered battery 🔋 not my skin and burnt!Cleared up and binned by my son while I treated the skinCan’t even return as it’s now in the bin
