Arrived broken

I received the toy broken, the envelope it came in was perfectly fine. The string for two of the wooden block/bead pieces were broken and fell apart when I took it out of the envelope. Not worth returning it during the quarantine so will use what I can but the wood parts are my parrots favorite.
