Great value and work very well. Nice to be able to fold and easily slide your cut up food into pans and bowls. Very durable and easy to clean.

I love cutting mats because it's so easy to move your vegetables or meat to a frying pan or pot. These mats are by far the best I've had. The back does keep them from sliding. They are large enough to accommodate cutting large vegetables or cuts of meat. They are thicker so my sharp knives don't mar them. They're still flexible, but not floppy, so transferring food to cooking vessels is still easy. They were definitely worth the price. I highly recommend.

These are much stronger than plastic cutting mats I've had over the years - very tough, and easy to clean. My chopping knives don't cut through, as happens with the thinner mats. Those develop cuts that let juices drip through. These are much better in that respect. I only wish they were more flexible. They do bend somewhat so that I can pour the chopped vegetables into a container, but they don't bend narrowly, so it's a bit more difficult to aim the choppings accurately into the container. However, I'm very glad I found these, and do recommend them.

Okay, but a little flimsy. I rarely use them, and am now looking into stainless steel cutting boards to get away from plastic. These are BPA free, but that doesn't make plastic the best alternative. I don't recommend these because of their flimsiness. If you want plastic there are other plastic cutting boards that are more durable and sturdy.
