This lotion works
I bought some of this for my husband and once he finally used it, he now needs more. His calves get very dry and chapped looking. Since he has been using this lotion, his calves are no longer dry and chapped.

Unsealed. Not "Free" Returns?
It was unsealed and I strongly suspect it came partially empty when I received it. I was going to return but it turns out there might be a Restocking fee/ potential no refund, so I decided it was not worth returning in case I didn't get anything back.
