Temperature measuring not fast but works
Very slow to show temperature. So solution to this is to keep thermometer in vessel for measurement from start and to heat on low flame, instead of measuring directly when heated. So temperature will rise slowly with slow thermometer reading.

Accurate and easy to use.
Extremely lightweight.Fairly accurate.Temperature changes occur fast.Easy to use.A bit flimsy but good for occasional use.Cool handle.The cylinder in which the thermometer comes packed has two sides open.So, it could fall out if held vertically.Advised to tape one end of the tubelike outer container .I am using it to check the correct temperature of water for the yeast to rise ( before baking). Serves the purpose.
