Great meaning behind the messages on the ball
I know these balls are usually used for group, however, you can also use them for individual therapy to build self-esteem. My clients love it I even answer the questions as well, and they love that, too.

Great Tool for Therapy
We used this ball for a PTSD class. It made the class fun instead of the normal trauma based class that makes this class emotional. We were grateful for this addition. It was a great tool that gave participants a chance to express theirselves in a positive way.
