**Q: Do they have a lock feature?**
A: No it doesn't but though it's easy to turn it also won't turn too easily ruining your workout.. Handles are very uncomfortable I'm thinking of getting a different one just because of that

It does its job of turning as you do your push up but, the handles are so incredibly uncomfortable and they hurt, even if they are "padded".
