Excellent book

What a waste of money. Few very simple and same hot sauce recipes. Same techniques for all of them. Better recipes you can find within 2-3 minutes if you Google it. This looks like 30 minutes surf job combined in this book. I expected so much more from this recipes book.

I would have liked to see some colour photos instead of B&W.I would have liked to see how many bottles or at least how many ounces of sauce the recipes made.It did have some interesting pieces of information though and it gave me many ideas for my own sauces.
