Cheaply made
I would be willing to pay more for better quality

This is what was recommended by my clarinet teacher and it works great.
This fulfills all my needs for a clarinet swab. It's easy to use, especially during practice.

It works. Which is more than I can say about some other ones I bought.
It works. It's a shame to spend this much money on something that clearly has a raw material cost under a dollar, perhaps under twenty cents, but at the end of the day, the design is simple and elegant, and is exactly the right size and action for a standard Bb soprano clarinet. I learned the hard way by buying cheaper things that did not work. If you just want something that is guaranteed to work and do what's on the tin, just simplify your life and buy this clarinet swab.

Perfect clarinet swab. Won't get stuck inside instrument. Dries quickly and is not bulky.
Perfect clarinet swab for my new Buffet clarinet. I have one just like it for my other clarinet. The silk is absorbent, but it is not bulky. The cotton handkerchief-type ones are bad. If you have one of those, throw it in the trash and buy this one. It will not get stuck in your instrument. It dries quickly and does not take up a lot of room in your case. I've played clarinet for 35+ years and this is definitely a swab I would buy again if one of mine needed replaced.

As expected (mostly)
It works as expected normally, as in you need to run it through a few times, but then it got stuck! I’ve never had that happen before so it took me a while to free it. Not sure how that happened but just have to be a bit more careful pulling it through.

Thumb’s up!
Our grandson is in his third year of school band, and has been using the thicker clarinet swab. We bought a new one that immediately tore, so we gave this one a try. He LOVES it, and he does not give a thumb’s up often. We recommend it to others!
