Best women's vitamin on the market. Gives me energy, makes me feel balanced, no aftertaste, easy to digest with or without food for me and I have a delicate stomach, although they do recommend to take them with food...this has been my vitamin for years and if I could only take a couple things per day, I would make sure Irwin Naturals for women vitamins would be the first thing I grab.

Excellent product!

All of the vitamins were covered with the insides of the vitamins. When I contacted Amazon, they said they couldn’t grant an exchange I had to contact Irwin Naturals. When I contacted Irwin Naturals they said they couldn’t help me I had to contact VDCUSA the company that sold on Amazon. When I contacted VDCUSA they said I had to go thru Amazon. All I want is a new bottle and not one of the companies involved is willing to help me. I will not buy anything from Irwin Naturals since they do not stand by their product. I have been a long time customer of the women’s multi vitamin and I will no longer be a customer. All I wanted was a new bottle!

I had been taking tons of vitamins each and every day for many years trying to replicate what the so-called experts say women need to be healthy. I have gotten so tired of keeping inventory and taking so many individual supplements, and then I came upon this one. It seems to have all the essentials, plus some extras, if not the same "amount" of each, as I was taking. At least with this one, I only have to take 3 per day. With being on Amazon's Subscribe and Save program, I no longer have to keep track and order so many individual vitamin pills, which is another plus- they are just delivered right to my door each and every month automatically! Not to mention the cost of supplementing should come down for me tremendously. Despite all the vitamins I have taken over the years (and exercising), I still have developed back arthritis, so they obviously didn't prevent that. But, overall, I think I am feeling a bit more energetic than I was before. I am still taking my other vitamins as well - weaning off them - need to use them all up since I paid for them. But after that, this will be my only vitamin.

I have been using these vitamins for quite a few years and am pleased with their effectiveness.My numbers from blood pressure to cholesterol as a whole have been at very good levels.The only thing is that the dosage recommendation is three tablets but I'm only taking 2. The tablets are a good size but they're coated so it goes down pretty smoothly. I feel that I do reap the benefits from taking these vitamins.

I've taken this brand for awhile. It has just about every super herb and super good in it as well. I'm taking one each day. I feel much more like myself after taking vitamins. I must have needed them.
