Not for Yoga
The mat is perfect for decorating your house or for sitting purposes. But you can not use it as a yoga mat. It slips on the floor and if you are doing a plank then its binding slips too as if it will tear apart right there. So do not go for it if you are looking for a yoga mat.I bought it thinking I need an environment-friendly yoga mat but it just does not work. Your knees will hurt if you are doing any flow that involves knees on the mat.
