IT SAYS 3M ON THE ACTUAL PAPER, stop believing a small piece of tape
This stuff is amazing, I've used it on sim racing steering wheels and its held up to over a year of nearly daily sim racing, including more than one 24 hour race. I recommend it to everyone.The people leaving negative reviews based on the piece of tape holding the roll shut should take some time and do some due-diligence. A simple check reveals the 3M backing paper as the other reviewer posted a clear photo of

Good product.
I reordered this a few times and it's exactly what I wanted. My only gripe is I wish the seller didn't roll it so tightly, while it doesn't have a memory per say, it does take a bit to relax it after being so tightly rolled. (Had to warm it to get it to relax faster) No reason on earth to roll it to a 1" ID diameter.

Actually 3M DI-NOC
The confusion is this item is described as DI-NOC, and the outer packaging says it is DI-NOC, but it is held together in a roll with a piece of branded masking tape with Vivid - Made in Canada on the outside.However this is actually 3M NI-NOC. I have used both brands and know the difference, but more than that the peel-away backing has 3M printed on it instead of VIVID TECHNOLOGIES.I attached an image showing the peel-away backing Vivid Uses.So buy away and have no fear...this is the good stuff!

Works
I've been wrapping for 12 years now, I've seen all sorts of films cheap, high end, they all "work" problem is for how long will it look good, and last looking good. This is a 3M Di noc architectural film. If you want film for complex surfaces use 2080 or any cast film as this feels very much like calandered film. And USE A TEMP GAUGE!

It is thicker than most, which is good,for flat surfaces. I used on some tubes and it was a bit difficult, but doable. It doesn’t stretch like thinner material

Exactly what I needed
This worked great covering the ivory carbon fiber pieces in my car. Fairly easy to install and looks fantastic.

Interesting material. Takes practice to cover curved surfaces without wrinkles and stretch marks while applying the right amount of heat. Adhesive backing appears to hold very well. Used on motorcycle chrome bezel to eliminate sun reflection. Works perfectly. No issues with weather after 4 months.

NOT MADE IN JAPAN!!!!
It's advertised as "Made in Japan". But in fact it's "Made in Canada". Canada is NOT Japan! False advertising to get people to buy it as unfortunately I did.
