Arccos Caddie Smart Sensors featuring Golf's First-Ever A.I. Powered GPS Rangefinder (3rd Generation)

Sensors are very simple to fit and do not get in the way at all on the clubs. Paring was very easy to set the system up. Have been using this for a good three months now (about 40 rounds) and the data is excellent. I now know how far I actually hit every club, rather than what I used to think I hit them. This alone is taking shots off my round. (Handicap is down by 3 shots already.) The caddie (for social golf only!) feature is excellent, giving options on the length of the next shot, dependant on conditions, and the best club to take. The GPS is more accurate than any other I've used, especially on shorter shots. I'm very impressed in the fact that, in the app, you can place the flag where it actually is on the green for every hole, and not just have to rely on front, middle, back yardages. Some might not like it but, having to have my phone in my front pocket during a round hasn't really been an issue. The system does miss the occasional shot, but that's easily corrected. It's usually when you've absolutely flushed one, seems to have no problem picking up my bad shots! There is a belt attachment available that supposedly solves the phone issue, but another £89 for that is way too expensive IMO. The data sets produced are very informative, once you understand how to interpret them properly. Some more instruction in the website about that would be useful though.

Setting up the app and pairing my clubs with the sensors was relatively easy, only problem was when I needed to unpair and reassign one sensor- found solution on Arccos website. Due to lock down only used them once, but it was a very good experience. My club has introduced some temporary greens and on enquiry with Arccos they quickly set up a “temp” course. The data and analysis available, even with only one round, is very useful.

Very good product, with some really valuable insights. Doesnt always pick up shots (the odd shot per round) and you have to manually input where the flag is which can skew the putting distance stats.The insights are very interesting and can highlight specific areas of your game to improve. Regardless of your handicap if youre keen to improve your game this will help you.

I have now used Arccos for 5 rounds and I'm so pleased with how the product works. It is really simple to use and the information you get back is essential to becoming a better golfer. The caddy tool is so helpful and will help any golfer get the club selection spot on. I'm really looking forward to using it for more rounds and getting even better feedback and areas I know I will need to improve.

I was really enjoying this product at first but then the issues started creeping in.I've used these maybe 10 times and the sensors on my driver and putter have broken already. Customer service is good but the replacements haven't arrived after 3 or 4 weeks so the whole device is basically useless.Even when the sensors were working, there were problems with the app - the statistics it was calculating were badly wrong so I didn't really get any insight from using them.Add to that the issues others have mentioned such as battery life drain on your phone and the product just becomes a chore to use.The worst part is, after the first year they will try to charge you a £99 yearly subscription for the app. A ridiculous price when it feels more like you're testing a prototype than using a finished product.Definitely one to avoid for now.

The sensors fit easily on your clubs and after five rounds give you really useful information. You can understand your distances better and it can recommend a club for the distance. When you set up for your round it tells you how long your watch or phone will work for, it is well within most peoples rounds.

I brought these on a recommendation from a friend what he didn’t tell me was you have to rescan the sensors every know and then. So before you start your round you need to check that the sensors are working correctly. When they do work it’s a great bit of kit,

This product is really special. It counts my golf strokes pretty effectively but yu still have to keep an eye on it because it sometimes count "practice" stroke as a real stroke. Club distance compilation is pretty good after a while. You must get the system to know you before it becomes accurate but once it does, it is pretty accurate and usefull. It changed my game. I now know way better which club I should use in any given situation. Golf course tracking is pretty good to! The biggest con is the price of the subscription to the service once you have to renew it. It is pretty damn expensive... especially when you think that there is so many free golf app out there that works really well. Other than that, it is a solid gift for any enthousiastic golfer!

Use has been so simple. Screwed Arccos sensors in end of clubs, and tell the app which club it is as you initially set up. Keeps track of all shots on course while playing, all silently in the background on my phone. But the key for me: it acts as a caddie, and suggest the shot/club. All holes on course were up to date, but the app gives you the ability to move the hole as greens keepers often do. Arccos has taken the guesswork out of my game, both on the suggested side, but also on the review of my game, shown me what clubs I just plain should give up or drastically improve. I am not a competitive golfer, seldom do I even wager for fun, I am a recreational golfer at best. However, the coaching from the Arccos system has allowed me to improve my game and confidence. Really I'm just trying to keep up n the course, and not embarrass myself, and I would suggest it for even people like me. Arccos certainly wows other people when they see it in my game. "Beats the pants off this dumb rangefinder I use" was the quote from my last foursome partner. Windspeed, temperature, altitude, humidity..Arccos considers all that in real-time, in addition to by below novice play history. After I got a few rounds under my belt, the Arccos App started spitting out more info, and considered my past play. just remarkable for this guy, and a fun ice-breaker brag device on the course or 19th hole.

Die Sensoren waren einfach zu installieren. In Verbindung mit der Arccos Caddie App werden alle Schläge aufgezeichnet. Lediglich bei den Putts muss manchmal in der App nach der Runde oder sofort editiert werden. Noch besser geht das bei der nachbetrachtung mittels Arccos Dashboard auf dem Laptop. Akkuverbrauch war kein Problem und das Handy in der Hosentasche hat mich nicht gestört. Inzwischen hab ich auch Arccos Link sodass ich kein Handy auf der Runde benötige. Der Arccos Support ist absolut Spitze, sowohl in Kompetenz als auch Reaktionszeit.
