This is the worst product you can ever buy or refuse it even if you get it free, it’s that bad! The oven tells you nothing about the temperature it has reached, display only shows time. You don’t even know if it’s on or not. The fan doesn’t come on when run on convection mode. You get no useful information even in the user manual. You put something in the oven and pray that it will come out ok.

I took it from store. Such a waste of money. They kept such huge price but basic function to know the temperature set only on there. The display is only for showing time not the temperature set. Also no dot given for 160 or 180 degree. It is extremely challenging to bake cake in different temperatures.Regretting for buying this.

I purchased a OV81 GIKF model in September 2020 directly from KAFF. I hardly used the oven. Right from mid February I am following up for my oven to be repaired. Till date it has not been repaired. The service engineers for and spent 2-4 hrs trying to figure out what the issue is. The thermostat has been replaced at least 5 times. They made me cut my inbuilt unit telling me that ventilation was an issue. All they do is RND. My oven is under warranty, the oven must have been opened at least 10-12 times. I have writtten even to the various directors of Kaff at Gurgaon. But they also seem to have turned a deaf year. Have told them to replace the oven but they are still not bothered.
