Nice CBT overview
Excelltany book on CBT. Writer that covers basics with worksheets for multiple emotional disorders. Well Worth the money. Great Diagrams and very readable presentation CBT. I would definely recomment this book.

This is an excellent book
I’m starting out as a licensed therapist and doing counseling with adolescents. I wanted to learn more about CBT. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase, this book is so thorough and easy to read. Highly recommend.

Awesome books! Great details on CBT. Necessary info as a therapist, even if you are a systemic clinician.

Great resource
It appears to be a great clinical resouce! It arrived with the bottom of the cover bent- disappointing for a new purchase. But I look forward to reading and using it!

I took this workbook with me to my therapy appointment and she was happy to work with me and the book. Cbt and Dbt are so beneficial to practice and learn the techniques to take back my life in a more manageable way. I know my mental and behavioral issues are a work in progress, but with the guide of this book and my therapy. I have confidence I’ll be more successful in my healing journey.Highly recommend!Only kind note I would have is, to have an area where you can write notes in the book after each chapter.

A book to improve yourself, ideally with clinician help
I have been using this book for the last couple of months, due to my psychologist retiring and the other psychologists too full to take in new patients. In this time, the book has helped me acknowledge several of my failings, while also showing me ways towards improvement. Since then, I've improved on several aspects of my personality, learning to understand my emotions, where they come from, and how to approach situations in a overall more calm manner.While this book can be worked on without professional help, I would highly recommend that you use this book with your therapist/psychologist/psychiatrist. While the exercises in the book can be done by yourself, the book itself mentions that you should discuss what you wrote with a licensed professional( I agree completely; This book helped reach the roots of my problem, and had I shown the book and the answers to my psychologist, I could have more easily improved myself). Either way, the book is excellent and I highly recommend it.
