Our project got delayed and the item stayed packed in storage for almost a year. When we started unpacking and installing the components I noticed that one of the boxes it came in which contained the back and front doors was missing from the overall package. There were supposed to be 5 total packages and only 4 were present. I contacted the seller and they promptly replied and shipped the missing package - that is almost a year after the original purchase of the product! As far as installation, it did take a couple of hours, but it was generally straightforward. There were no electrical connections to be wired within the cabinet itself. Fans and display were already wired. The product itself is very sturdy, has an appealing look and is able to house a ton of equipment!
