I have been looking for comfortable height insoles that I can put in most of my shoes and these were perfect. Usually the ones I had made my shoe to tight or were very uncomfortable but these were perfect. I have the ones that are 1 inch. and I can wear them in all my shoes. The inner soles have a cushion feel, so it makes it very comfortable to wear all day. Anything bigger than an inch would be hard to fit in all types of shoes but even though it's only an inch it does make a difference. I will purchase these again for sure.

I need a 1/2 “ lift in 1 shoe and this product does that well. The soft material is kind on your feet yet sturdy. The sticky substance on the bottom doesn’t last long but the lifts seem to stay in place anyway.

Love them! Ordered for my wedding so my fiancé can wear 1.5 inch heels (we’re both 5’7) and it doesn’t look odd. Standing next to each other I’d say it works!I was initially nervous that you might be able to notice someone wearing these in “low-top shoes” as other products had mentioned these types of lifts being bad for. I can say that it’s almost totally imperceptible when I’ve worn two different types of low-top dress shoes (see picture). Comfortable and also imperceptible when I’m wearing them, except for a slight tendency to lean forward since I’m not used to them. Great product, convinced my dad and a couple other short kings like me to buy.

I ordered the 1/2 inch heel lift because one leg is shorter than the other and was causing iliotibial (IT) band pain at the knee of the shorter leg. A different brand of lift alleviated that pain but did not stay in place so I wanted to try another brand. This lift is comfortable and seems very well made but I knew immediately that it did not add as much height as the first brand. With the lift inserted in the left shoe, I measured the inside distance at the back of the heel as compared to the right shoe with no lift and the lift added not quite 3/8 inch. It may be coincidence but the IT band has started tweaking me again though not yet as much as before I used any lift. This product should add as much height as advertised.

I had total hip replacement surgery which left me with a leg about 2 inches longer than the other (this will be fixed when that hip gets replaced!) I saw this heel insert on Amazon. The price was great, and it had cushion sole so I decided to see if it would help. The seller was great and followed through with emails while I was waiting for the product which arrived before the stated time. I put it in my shoe, and bingo, no more limp. Perfect. I have only used it in enclosed shoes. I don't know it you could use it in sandels/heels/flip flops but it certainly works in enclosed shoes. It is also very comfortable due to the cushion support.

The "regular width" are nearly big enough to use in children's shoes. No where near big enough for adult shoes. They are also WAY too soft, just pinching with my fingers reduces the height by half! I was hoping to use theses as in shoe wedges for weightlifting but I don't even feel safe using them in my everyday walking shoes. Waste of money.

I got these for fun, I don’t need them. I’m already 6’1”. These got me to 6’2” or maybe a tiny bit more (74.5” in certain shoes) They are squishy and comfortable but I haven’t really walked around in them. I doubt anyone would notice the change in my height. Maybe just my brother and father who are both 6’4” since they see me enough. Fun to pretend.
