Will this setup work with my pci system

Hello, this will work with a PCI intercom system, unless it's specifically the Trax intercom system.

Will this headset & this cord work with a cell phone with a standard 1/8" headphone jack?

Yes. I tried mine (just got them) yesterday and a standard jack works plugged into the headset and radio. We had to turn ours up real loud though if you wanted to talk to your partner (he has a headset also). But with the jack into your headset you only hear your music (phone) but we found that it’s hard to have conversations with the music on

Will these work for gaming?

I don't believe so, unless you were able to find a 5-pin connector that would then plug into the device you're gaming on.

Can I use this with a Motorola walkie talkie?

Hello, this uses an offroad Nexus jack cable. You can use the H41-CF with a Motorola walkie talkie provided that you have the right cable to connect to the radio.
