Triton Products High Density Fiberboard Pegboards with Mounting Hardware, 24" x 42" x 1/4", White (Set of 2)

This black-painted pegboard looks great, is sturdy & functions just as I hoped. Looks great on the wall over our garden tool rack.

I hesitated to purchase this online rather than at brick & mortar store because i know how easy it is for pegboard to crack if bent a little, or to disintegrate once it gets wet. This is a sturdy 1/4" board and was extremely well packed. Even tho the delivery person left it on a wet porch floor, there was a buffer built into the packing so the pegboard was protected. It installed easily using the included screws and anchors. Highly recommend.

Some reviewers complain about the pegboard arriving damaged. Mine arrived pristine, but from what I can tell, they did not travel far. Others complain about the lack of hardware. Triton does sell a hardware kit, which I bought, and it was easy to use. Others may prefer to use a furring strip, especially for larger pegboards. The pegboards I received look nice, were easy to install and do the job I wanted them to do nicely. I did order hooks from Triton, and those arrived with hardware that simply did not hold the hooks in the holes. I wrote a separate negative review for them, which I will update if the company sends me screws that work.

I built a display rack to hold some of my knife collection to get them out of drawers and boxes. I used this black pegboard and tufloating floating mounts on the side of a storage armoire. The pegboard is really good, its held up pretty well depending on your pegbaord hardware if they are spring tesioned they can scratch up around the holes.Long term if cost was no concern I would have gone with the ABS version to prevent scuffing around the mount holes. I did also use a table saw to cut down the width of the panel to better mount over the side of the armoire. I am very satisfied with the results.

I was looking for a lightweight, sturdy option for wall storage in my craft room. The boards arrived in a heavy duty box with corner protectors. The boards come with mounting hardware which made for a simple and secure installation.I also purchased a few different sizes of pegboard hooks from Triton Products and they attached easily and securely to the boards.I am very happy with my purchase and plan to buy more for my garage.

The only downside of these is them not including the hardware to mount them to the wall, but other than that they’ve held up great!

Found these metal boards by accident and turned out to work perfectly. Very easy to install and comes with screws/wall anchors which all in all took about 5 minutes to install. Loved them so much I ordered another set but accidently ordered the old-school type(particle board) instead, (my error) and seeing those made me feel even better about ordering the metal ones in the first place. When I received the "old school" boards, all 4 corners of each board were damaged in shipping, and the material just did not look sturdy to last overtime.

Pegboard arrived in perfect condition (four 24" x 48" x 1/4" sheets in one box).However, they have been airing for 6 days now and the smell is still too strong to bring them into the home.The odor initially made both my wife and myself sick so they were placed outside on the pack porch.I'll give it a few more days, but will most likely have to paint/seal them (they were purchased to be placed on slats under a new mattress).

Package delivered with two pegboards as described. They seem sturdy and the hardware was included. One side is white, the other eood, which was nice because I assumed it would be wood colour and need painting. My only issue is that the dimensions in the description are inaccurate. It says 24 inches x 48 inches, which was exactly what I needed for the space and to align with ones I already have. This product is actually 24 inches x 42 inches, which ia considerably shorter.

I screwed these to the studs in my garage I’ve hung snow shoes, Axs, folding saw horses. Nothing has fallen yet. I wish they were cheeper I would do my garage walls completely with them!
