I am so excited my kites got delivered! I feel like a kid on Christmas morning!! I literally ran to the door when I heard the knock and really couldn’t wait to tear open the package. This set comes with 2 kites; one octopus/ squid and one arrow shaped kite. I saw the pictures and read the dimensions on the page but I guess it didn’t register in my head how HUUUUGGE the octopus is. I LOVE IT!!! Both kites are very bright and colourful and look exactly like in the pictures! Made of the light parachute material that is used for kites. The octopus kite is no assembly required. You just tie the string and are ready to go. The arrow one needs a little bit of assembly but nothing my generally incompetent self couldn’t handle. It’s very intuitive and the instructions that come with the kite are very helpful. It comes with 3 sticks we need to insert to lock the kite into place. The other sticks are already in place when they ship it. Both kites come with their individual spools of string and string holder. And they come individually packed in their own reusable bag which makes it real easy to fold and pack up your kite without worrying about it getting tangled and torn. It’s also convenient so you can throw them in the trunk of your car so you can use them when conditions are right. I’m excited to try them out this weekend.

I bought for my 12 year old and I took over immediately!!😀😀🤣 These two kits are HUGE with long beautiful tails very well put together, sturdy, and colorful!! GREAT FOR FLYING AT THE BEACH AND BAY!! Got a GADZILLIAN compliments! Easy to assemble within 3 minutes. The kite string is 100m and these KITES CAN GO!! My 9 year old cousin who is autistic flew for 1 hr straight. I flew this kite for 3 hours over the bay and 1 hr at Virginia Beach. It's colorful, big, vibrant and looks beautiful in the sky. The multicolored kite is slightly smaller than the jellyfish kite but so many kids and people gazed that I gave it away to a little boy on the beach and his whole family couldn't believe it. BUT the Jellyfish kite is my favorite NO ONE IS GETTING THAT ONE. OMG God its like a parachute. Be careful with small children because it's that strong!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this kite and my next stop is the Washington Monument!! It's so relaxing and a good wind will take it to the clouds!! LOL! It's a great adult experience with the family!! I am a big kite fan I have 7 so far. It brings happiness to the people around you when they see it fly so high but I get the most pleasure making it float in the Sky!! I highly recommend these two kites. TEN STARS 🌟

The squid kite is our favorite. There were no instructions included, so we used YouTube. After a few minutes and a moderate wind, it sailed for the whole day with little effort. We bought a better windup kite reel to make it easier to hold and windup. We enjoyed that one!As for the smaller kite, we couldn’t get that one to fly for long. This one did have some written directions, but I believe it needs tons of wind to get it to fly at all.Basically, we paid for two kites, but only getting use from one:(Update: The squid kite has a rip after using it a handful of times since Christmas 2020. It doesn’t fly anymore and it’s been tossed :(

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Loved this set of kites. Since they were mainly for two year old, I didnt want to spend anymore than needed on a kite - def a bonus with two of them. Both were easy to get going, esp with the wind we were catching off our oceanfront deck in OBX. We even just tied them to our deck and let them go themselves. I think the most negative aspect would be letting the string out once it gets going. Some kites with the round string holders let it out much faster but regardless, it was easy enough and fun to get the kids involved.

Got this as a treat for my granddaughter on a beach trip. Material is really thin, but holds up well; needs to be in the air for a bit before all the packaging creases/wrinkles work out, but soars well. One shortcoming - it came with no swivels or mounting clips so I was forced to tie the kite string to the giant knot of a dozen or so control lines coming from the kite.

This kite is ginormous!! There’s no way my daughter could use it alone. It is larger than her. Even my tall, teenage son gets overwhelmed. The strings are annoying to get straight, but once you do, it’s worth it. The colors are beautiful and it’s well made. Expecting it to last for many summers to come. We love it.

So when they say large they mean it. The kite is made of durable fabric. Brightly colored and really cute. It has a lot of strings so it is not a kite for little ones.Pros : durable, large, brightly colored, lots of string to fly it high.Cons: to big for kids, potential nott nightmare since it has 8 strings

Couldn't wait to fly these kites on the beach. They did not disappoint. The octopus kite took flight right away. It is effortless to fly. It has no sticks to lose or break, but has a lot of strings. Surprisingly, they were not a problem when launching the kite or reeling it in.The other kite is a bit more challenging as it tends to take nose dives. Every nose dive didn't result in a crash though. I was able to recover it right before hitting the ground & kept it flying.
