These pills have helped reduce the number of occurrences of migraines drastically. You have to take 2 a day, as prescribed on the bottle, and I also take 1 butterbur pill. I saw a huge decrease after taking that regiment for about 2-4 weeks. If you have IBS, the large amounts of magnesium may make you use the restroom more than normal at first until your body gets used to it. Definitely worth a try for a month if you have frequent headaches or migraines but every body is different so it won't work for everyone but does not hurt to try.

I have used this product with great success when needed for several years and have not found another as good. I actually stopped looking as this product has the right balance for me.

I didn't think these would work that well, but man do they ever! I woke up with a terrible stiff neck, I could barely move it. I took these and about an hour or so later I had full range of motion again. I’m sold! They are great!!Update: I had to come back and say that these have saved me from horrific muscle pain on several occasions. Most recently, I pulled/strained/tore a muscle on my upper side & was in excruciating pain. It hurt so much to even breathe or reach or lift even the lightest things. It was so bad that I went to the ER because I thought I might have cracked a rib or had a blood clot or a heart issue or something. After being cleared by the ER, doc said that it was likely a severe muscle strain or tear. 800mg of Ibuprofen wasn’t even making a dent in the pain. I remembered I had these and figured it was worth a shot. I stopped taking the ibuprofen because it wasn’t helping and was upsetting my stomach. And I took 2 of these instead. Within hours I started to feel relief. This is the real deal. I’m not saying the pain is gone, but it has subsided enough I am not crying out in pain anymore. I’m convinced now more than ever that these are nothing short of a miracle for me. Will continue to take until I’m healed. So grateful for this product.

I bought this item because of my everyday muscle pain. This didn't do anything for that. This product doesn't work. My muscles don't feel any different.

I'm not a bodybuilder but I weight lift and I'm stronger than some. I can bench 330+, adn squat over 400Lbs. I just say that for context. When I work out really hard if I'm a little dehydrated I'll start to cramp up sometimes. There are several ways to help this. One hope it goes away, two drink some pickle juice, three drink some pedialyte, or 4 take 3 of these and a glass of water. 3 minutes later no cramp. I like these because I just leave them in my bag and If I need them I have them. A jar of pickle juice is less portable. It's very mild just restores your electrolyte balance. I've never noticed a "MUSCLE RELAXER" type effect. it just stops cramps. I take a few as needed, a bottle usually lasts me 6-12 months. I've been using them 5+ years now.

Had to discontinue taking because I was getting palpitations. Did research on the ingredients and found that one of them was incompatible with the blood pressure drug lisinopril as both increase potassium levels.
