We have horrible water where we live with a high amount of dissolved solids and clay in our water.this helped take a lot of those out. We ended up putting this on another filter in our shower.(we still had a bad water smell) the product should work great with a normal amount of dissolved solids in the water,it has amazing pressure too. Has some plastic parts and some of the metal is a little cheaply made,so be careful installing it,however once installed it’s fine and looks good too.Over all,an amazing product,I will be buying again when the shower head needs replaced.

I was excited to receive this product in the mail because I had been wanting a brand new shower head that filtered the water. The first few months of using this product, everything was great. I felt a difference with my skin and my hair. Everyone in the household enjoyed this shower head. After a few months, I noticed that the water felt like it was stabbing me and some of the spray areas on the shower head were shooting water in different directions. I was unaware that I had to take the shower head apart to clear out the orange beads that were stuck in it, in order for the shower head to work properly. In doing this, the showerhead worked for a little while longer, but it seems that I have to constantly take it apart, clean it out, then put it back together in order for the water pressure to remain at its' best. I am now looking for another shower head because this one seems to be going out. I enjoyed the product, just the life span of it isn't too good.

Got this product less than a month ago. First problem I had the pressure wouldn’t change on any of the settings. It always felt like I was being pelted with water. Second problem we had started leaking on me. Third problem I had it started spewing water from the top and the next thing I knew shower head exploded on me and completely broke. It’s never been dropped or anything. I don’t know if it was a faulty one I got sent.. kind of crappy in my own opinion

It has great water pressure, and the pressure is very smooth. But then the nozzles started to get rusted and clogged, so i had to constantly clean them out. Then the shower head just started to leak. Its a good product but not built for longevity.

Don't listen to the bad reviews. I tried this shower head out dispite what the bad reviews said. They act like they got scammed, but you can easily return it if the product is really that bad. Everything works flawlessly. Just don't be an idiot. Yes, it is plastic and that doesn't make it cheap or bad. Plastic commonly used in plumbing. That just means don't use your super human strength to crank it down to prevent leaks, because you will instead break it and make more leaks. Any screw on shower fitting will leak and that's what plumbers tape is for. People that complain about the leaks just need to use more tape. Use a ton of tape if you need use a whole roll is a dollar. Anyone does this won't have a problem. And if you still have a problem, return it and get a new one. It is really a great shower head that will improves your shower game.

This was GREAT and easy to install when we first got it. Made the water pressure much higher as advertised and the water didn't feel as harsh. However, IT RUSTED after 4 months! And it seems like something broke inside for the mode switching mechanism because it's all one mode? I'm not sure, but should have known the price was too good for expecting good quality. :(
