Great running shirt! It gets very hot in Houston, TX in summer months and this shirt helps you stay cooler by reflecting sunlight - I chose white for that purpose and it helps. As others have posted, these shirts can run a little oversized, so plan ahead. I normally use XL (size 17) with 34/35 sleeves for my 6.0ft 212lb frame. But after reading other's comments I ordered a Large instead. The fit is great!The fit is great with a little slack which is ideal when running out in the heat - compression shirts have a tendency to get hot. The shirts are light weight and do not get heavy when saturated with sweat. The price is not bad either and I plan to reorder a few more in other light colors.

I wear these on my bicycle. They're thin enough you can see shadows of chest hair, nipple, or undergarment if you look closely.They wick away moisture REALLY well and are comfortable by themselves between 45F and 75F (6'6" or 197gm, and 266LBS or 125kg).From 34F to 45F, these are fine as an undershirt with a thin jersey or jacket over the top, though at 34F, it's a little chilly until I'm warmed up.They don't block any wind, so if you're not pushing hard enough to huff and puff, move your temperatures up a bit.Fabric is durable, as is the stitching. They are inexpensive shirts, and I like that. If I tear it on something, no big deal.I've sent a few of these through the wash several times, and I always run them through the dryer on low-heat + very-dry. The fabric has suffered no shrinkage, embrittlement, etc.These are the same shirts that some of the local print shops sell for 5x with a single-side print.If you run such a print shop, the price here seemed to be lower than what some local wholesalers had.If you are an end-consumer and don't need prints, or have your own dye-sub shirt printer, these are cost effective.Know that when I bought them, shipping for one was the same as shipping for 10. Buy in bulk if you can.These compare really well to all of the major sports shirt manufacturers such as Champion and Gildan.

Add me to “Very Impressed”. I'm 6'-0” & 170lbs – bought size Lrg. Sleeves go just beyond bottom of the wrist, Neck is cropped close, not sloppy loose for sun protection. Torso hangs great so it's not sticky but not too loose either. It really pulls sweat away to evaporate quicker & keep you cool. This is a $40 quality shirt being sold at only $10 !! Hope they come out with some patterns to add to the solid color selections.

I got this for running in order to be seen and also for doing yard work. It was very comfortable to wear in a warm summer day mowing the lawn.

Shirt nice material and soft, size same

I have purchased several of these shirts in different colors:There is a variance in the sleeve "cuff" some will slide over my hands and some will not. As you have probably read from other reviews ... yes the sleeves are long ... yes the shirt itself is long. The sleeves being long doesn't really bother me as I know if needed I could simply cut them off and/or sew them to whatever length I like. The shirt itself I love the fact it is long, unlike many shirts that "ride-up" due to the shorter length these don't. The material itself is lightweight and stretchy which in the hot months allows perspiration to "vent" yet it is dense enough in cooler weather to block some of the cold. I wear them throughout the year ... in the hot months they keep me from getting sunburn in the cold months I wear them as undergarments to help avoid cold and dampness next to my skin (works well for me so far). These are my "yard" shirts in hot weather and undershirts in the cold I find them highly effective. The stitching on the cuffs varies in quality (the gray one I am wearing has pretty good stitching) I have another one that simply giving a minor tug to allow my hand to pass through I could feel stitching popping. The appearance on all of them is more of a "satin" rather than a "glossy" finish.Overall: If you are going to wear this and you are fashion conscious you will most likely need to customize it. I love this long sleeve shirt. Believe me, it actually does keep you cooler. I bought a white shirt too.

This shirt feels great on the body. I a great undershirt for pullovers, sweaters or other heavy duty shirts.
