Dyna-GloDual Power 15,000W Electric Garage Heater, Black

I bought this for temporary heat so I can work on finishing my bonus room above my 3 car garage through a NH Winter and didn't want to worry about CO. It was 30 F outside and this thing brought a completely uninsulated 36 x 26 room up to 65 F in about 30 minutes! I measured it pulling 60 A on each leg so I ran a 4 AWG SEU aluminum cable to it on a 70 A breaker and it works like a charm! It costs about $3/hr for electricity in NH to run this but you can't put a price on clean heat!

I tried many heaters to heat an open floor plan I created when I knocked out a bedroom wall to enlarge my kitchen and living room. This heater is powerful and heats large drafty room in uninsulated home fast.

Works great. Had to add a dedicated 220V for hard wiring. Main board was broken when it arrived...there were 4 corner screws & 2 had been tightened too much & broke the plastic that held them in. No more in stock, so unable to return, so took a discount to keep & made it work. The fan that spins came loose, so it sounded like a grinding noise. Deconstructed & was able to fix it. Seems pretty janky & not great quality when made. Would have been better if we didn't have to jerry-rig it to get it working. Been working great since we made the repairs. Hests up our 750 square foot shop quickly & stays warm. Thermostat is very nice & remote is super handy.

Great quality heater. We have a fairly large workshop and this heater does a fantastic job.

Bought it last fall, has worked perfect all winter

Update 11/17/2022Unit stopped working with in an year.Lack of wall thermostat. If you lose this small remote, you may not be able to use it. Apart from that I have no complains. It could have a wifi google assistant capabilities.Is there a way I can another remote? No its out of stock, if you have lost the remote like me, its basically unusable. Poor customer service.

Easy to use and heats up the area fast.

We have a 3 car uninsulated garage and live in the Midwest. This heater was definitely worth the cost. On a 20 degree day it heats the garage up to 53 degrees. We do have to leave it running all day to achieve that temperature and you can tell by the electric Bill we’ve been using it, but when you have things that need to be done in the dead of winter it’s worth it.
