Good quality
I tried same meficine with other brands and find that it is less pungent. Sometime recently I found some minor sedementation in another brand then started using this and find quality standards to be good overall. since it is medicine efficacy depends on person to person and i can't comment on that issue. But packing and standards are good quality.

First I ordered this in May. It was excellent.Again I ordered two bottles in September. This time it is totally different. Seems like it isn't fermented. Tastes as very dilute sugar syrup. I won't buy again.Edit after one month:After keeping for one month, I tried again and now the taste has improved a lot. So increasing stars from 1 to 4.

Product is not at all good, consistency seems like water mixed, smell also very very light, previously I've used Baidyanath it was good thought try new brand Kerala ayurveda regretting the desicion. Don't buy.
