Wow, this book gives you so many ideas for cutting t-shirts. Its a really handy to have this book

I love this book! Not only does it show great designs, but it inspired me to create my own spin on DIY tshirt upcycling.

Being a Seamstress I found this book enlightening, creative and will be a useful tool in my teaching a young friend how to sew. She has the Model figure and can wear these styles. Many of the shirts are definitely Vampy, Trampy and just plain Obscene if worn as sketched in public hence, my giving it only 4 stars. That said, many of the designs are so cute, and so creative that taking the ideas and interchanging them makes for a unique one of a kind shirt. There are 2 identical shirts listed on different pages but that is all I found. So 98 Shirts is more the title. Still, I am happy with my purchase, and look forward to my young friend applying the ideas with her own.

I ordered 3 t-shirt books (i'm a crafting maniac) and this was the most disappointing of the bunch. I would highly recommend Tease ed. Sarah Sockit or Generation T by megan nicolay which are much more inspiring. Not only are they better, the instructions are much more clear! This book has very minimal instructions and instead of actual pictures, they use fashiony illustrations which don't really convey how they'd look on a real person. The book itself is nice--spiral bound and small with an arresting orange cover but I gotta say the content is just not as good as the others. Like the other person said, there are a lot of tiny, backless tops. This book won't be useful unless you have a small frame and don't mind wearing shirts without a bra!

I went through and put Post-it bookmarks on my favorites. Now I just need the guts to start cutting up my shirts. My only complaint is so many of the designs require cutting the front, where the logos I wish to save are printed.

Purchased as a gift for a teenager. She loved it & cannot wait to go to the thrift shop for tshirts to cut up!

I ordered a new book and this is what I received. It is cracked and broken. The color is even faded. It was described as being new, excellent condition but this was far from.

This was a great stocking stuffer, its fun for all ages. It really opens up the possiblities and creative juices

You really don't need to buy it unless you are 12 and looking for creative projects to use up tee shirts that your family no longer wears. Most of the designs are on Youtube now, but it was a great idea at the time.

This book is really well presented. All the designs are made from a basic high, round neck T-shirt. The designs are all very fashionable, original and well thought out. Each design is presented on two pages. The first page shows a sketch of the design. The second page gives the instructions. It gives time required and a rating for how easy it is to complete. Then there is easy to follow diagrams showing where to cut and where to sew or tie. Some designs don't even require any sewing...you just cut and tie. Lastly there is written instructions. All the instructions are VERY easy to follow. At the back of the book is a glossary. The only additional information I think would have been useful would have been to indicate the fit required of the initial T-shirt. i.e. tight/loose, but this is a minor issue and think it is only relevant if you are new to sewing.

Tシャツに手を入れて素敵なものを作れるヒントの本かと期待したのですが、実際にはほつれの事など縫う事、またデザイン的に着る事が不可能に近い、単に誰もがぼんやり思いつくようなデザインがイラストで載っているだけの意味のない本です。高すぎます。
