Vulkem is always great product but returned it as I decided to do something else.

Better than foam, I like the density of urethane once cured. I use it to support the ends of flashing where cavities can occur. Then I can go back in a week or so and put a top coat over those locations. It offers more control than expandable foam

Curing is a slow process. It took the better part of a week to set up completely.

I use this product to seal the seams in my birch bark canoe. This product and those like it are the only non-natural products used by birch bark canoe makers. It does the job better than the traditional mixture of bear fat, pine pitch, and charcoal! I realize that this review will be of no use to most everyone, but simply had to let it be known that this product has more than one use!
