Does not impart much butter pecan flavor to frosting but maybe I did it wrong. I do like LorAnn products so I will keep working with it to see if I can find that perfect balance of flavor and non-bitterness. If I discover a great secret, I will come back to share it. :)

This is a game changer with my homemade butter pecan ice cream! Totally worth it, the pureness of this flavor pairs so well with my half & half, cream and brown sugar to make the best ice cream! I recommend this flavoring to everybody, I'm going to make butter pecan muffins with cream cheese frosting!

This makes the best flavored butter pecan homemade ice cream! Since I have food allergies I have to make sure of the ingredients so I contacted the company and they promptly responded. They assured me that it didn't have what I couldn't have, and told me of ones that wouldn't be safe for me to eat! That is awesome to have them care that much. So, I sit here enjoying my favorite flavor I've missed for so long - Mmmmm, thank you LorAnn!

I mixed 5 tsp with 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk to make a syrup for coffee. It tastes good but it’s super dark and unappetizing.
