Katz Gluten Free White Bread
I am so happy I found this bread online. So many of the other GF breads have started adding ingredients like quinoa, sorghum flour, seeds all of which I can't tolerate. Putting so many ingredients in GF products just makes it more difficult to find something that works for you. Katz has good basic ingredients in their bread, it tastes good & toasts well. That's what is most important. Please don't change your recipe.

Very Good
I have to have gluten free bread without seeds or sorghum flour or flaxseed oil or psyllium. That's hard to find, but some of us that need gluten free products have multiple allergies. So many brands have gone to using sorghum flour and don't seem to realize that for some people it causes a reaction just like gluten. This bread is good and while it isn't wheat bread, nothing else is, it works for everything, and I don't have to deal with making my own. I can make a good loaf of gluten free, but it's time consuming. I'm over 70 and don't always have the energy to make it and slice it and package it to freeze in small packages. I tried to buy more just now, and it's not available. I hope it comes back or that I can find someplace that will ship it. It not in most of my local stores.

Waste of Money
The bread was delivered in a box and every bag had moisture (water drops) on the inside of the bag. We bought this for a family reunion where several family members are gf. The bread was moldy by the 3rd day!! Huge waste of money and so disappointed that we didn't have bread for our breakfasts and lunches!! Wish we would've taken pictures before family threw it all away!! So Extremely Disappointed.

Good flavor. Molds too fast
Got mold in 2 days but the first slice I was able to try the day I received it . Had great flavor

Tea sandwiches GF WORKS!!!!!
My client love it! I made sandos for a gluten free bridal shower, It crumble a lot but if you threat it with a looooot of patience works!

Good Bread - Good Value
Good tasting gluten free bread. It's nice to have one loaf in the refrigerator and more in the freezer.

Great size!
The slices were a good size which doesn't happen with gluten free bread alot....but we found parts to be a little doughy. Maybe it was just a bad batch :P
