Awesome Find
The media could not be loaded. This is exactly as advertised. I absolutely love it, wish I would have bought it sooner. I love how the glow can change colors and it is whisper quiet.

Looks great
The globe is made of heavy glass, the base is plastic. It does a good to great job of defusing the scent throughout the room and quite often beyond the room its operating within. I have mine at work within the showroom where 5-7 drops of oil will fill the who room with whatever scent I use. I purchased mine in Aug of 2022 and been very happy with it. Although about 2 weeks ago the fan started slipping. It still works well other than the first 5 or so seconds until the fan catches and then it runs smoothly and very nearly silently for 8+ hours.October 2024: I finally had to say goodbye to this unit as it quit working. Will be sorry to see it go as it has been a huge conversation piece and done quite well. The unit ran for 8+ hours a day for 5-6 days out of the week. My initial star rating was 4 but I think it might need to be bumped to 4.5 given how long it lasted. None of the other units I've purchased before or after this one lasted as long. I will be buying another one and hoping that I can get the same amount of time or longer out of it.December 03, 2024: Easy fix. Decided to take the base apart out of curiosity, after all I couldn't break something that quit working, lol. Put a little oil on the fan shaft, hand spun to work the oil down, put it back together and it started working again!! I'm elated as this is by far my favorite and nicest looking diffuser I've ever owned. Just ordered another one to replace a different diffuser that died after 5 months. For those who like facts: started using this in August 2022, its ran 5-6 days a week for 5-9 hrs a day, I get about 2 days per fill, add roughly 6-8 drops of oil per fill and it completely fills a large room with whatever oil I use (mainly sandalwood and cranberry). Other than the one hiccup there haven't been any other issues.

Exact product as shown, base is plastic.
So I've never been into this whole "aromatherapy" thing, but I was getting stink bugs in my room by the dozens. They are really gross, sound like bumblebees and they release this hormone that stinks and it attracts more of them. My stepdad sprayed some stuff that kills them, but now I'm picking up carcases. It didn't stop them from coming in, only kills them, slowly. And of course when they die they release that nasty smell.I read on the Internet that they hate mint. And that an oil diffuser with peppermint or spearmint would repell them. I thought if nothing else it would get rid of the smell and according to my reasearch, essential oils don't have all those chemicals that are in normal air fresheners that cause me to have asthma attacks. So what the hell, YOLO right? The thing was cheap, looks really cool, and peppermint (purchased seperate) smells great! We will find out tomorrow if it's repelling the bugs. If nothing else I finally have an air freshener that doesn't choke me to death.I have smell a 4 because the instructions say to put 5 drops in a full tank. I ran the thing for 3 hours and no smell at all. Could be the oil I purchased, but adding more than instructions said.. 15 drops, made it work great.Lamp only has 2 colors, so if you are looking for a bunch of colors this is not for you. Soft white and daylight was all I wanted.Glass is thicker than I suspected it would be. Plug cord is inside the device, so no need to call CS..it's in there, pull the globe off. Pretty ingenious I thought, cut down on packaging :)

Faulty
I bought this item for my wife for Christmas to replace her old, boring DOTERA diffusers. The first one we received looked nothing like the image as far as color and design on the glass cover. Kept it anyways but after not even a full cycle of use the unit began emitting an ozone like smell and the base and power cord became extremely hot. Contacted the seller to initiate a return and was promptly shipped a new unit to replace the other within a few days. The second unit was exactly as pictured and even had multiple light selections (versus the first, which only had two), unfortunately this second unit worked well for one full cycle, then like the first starting emitting the same ozone smell, although not as bad. It did however stop working shortly after that. Motor was running, but no mist, and would power down by itself within minutes. After multiple attempts (in multiple outlets), the results were the same and this unit also had to be shipped back. This time I’ll go with a different company altogether. Her DOTERA units (she owns several), were about 30% cheaper than this one and have survived for years with little to no maintenance and vigorous use.For the price of this unit, I’m severely disappointed, although the aesthetics are nice. I didn’t want a pretty light, bought the diffuser for an actual diffuser.

My picky wife loves it, got to be good.
My picky, hmm hmm... I mean, tasteful and aesthetic wife loves this diffuser. She even ordered a new exact one to replace the original one that broke after a couple of years. She has gone through many of these diffusers before but still likes this one the best, so this one got to be quite good.

Water tank warped
To begin with we bought two of these, really love the look and how they add to a room. We have had them for about 3 years and no issues. Recently though we were using one in our bathroom to help add a little humidity. I noticed that there was water building up under the base. Initially I though that some water was spilled so I cleaned it up and didn't think anything of it. I went back in a little later and noticed water there again. I turned it off and checked it out the next day noticing that the tank had warped, and was allowing the water vapors to get on the globe and leak down. We would really love to hear back from the seller and see what might have caused this.
