It's as bright as the bulbs you use but still remember it's a spotlight lamp

The lamp is a great addition in our study. It is bright and very sturdy. It is easy to assemble. The only complaint I have is about the styrofoam is packed in. It is of poor quality and makes a mess hard to contain and clean up.

It was easy to put together and is sturdy enough. I read reviews saying it lit up the whole room so I bought this for that reason. Unfortunately I did not find that to be true. It will light up the corner of a room at best but dimly even with 100 watt bulbs. Its more of like a spot light type thing and it will burn you pretty bad if you should touch it or try to adjust light angle while it's been on a minute. God I wish I had my money back on this!

Very nice lamp. Sturdy and stylish. Comes with three CFL lightbulbs, one 100 W, two 60 W, which are shipped in a separate box. I switched those lightbulbs out for the safer LED ones.
