Buy from Fleet Pride or a Boss Shop instead
The negative reviews are justified.The protective rubber coating that covers the airline is completely the wrong grade of rubber. It splits and cracks, which exposes the inferior inner line material, which then ruptures. Typically at either end.Mine made it about a week before I caught it and swapped it out. The Red line failed first.The metal carriage bolt assembly (for the collar, not the 3 way) is cheap garbage, super soft metal that leads to spin outs and an inability to remove the lock nuts if you need to make length adjustments.The spring coating is of the lowest quality and will start to oxidize the moment it makes contact w/ air.The only part that is solid are the carabiner spring style clips, and in fairness, the electrical line.The 3 way and the collar are both junk.Due to the inferior outer rubber coating, be careful not to over tighten the 3 way or you'll pay the piper there too; due to the outer coating being far too soft (even w/ the plastic covering).I've been at this a while. 27 years, and I have my own Pete that's a long legged, 328" wheel base beauty.Take it from an old school brother, spend the money elsewhere.Our local Boss Shop in Weatherford, TX has really quality lines for basically the same price. If you have one near you, just make the drive. You'll thank me later.
