Q: Does this come with the bolts to install?

Does not come with nut. Can not install with out nut

Q: Mine came but no fasteners?!? the reason we’re replacing is because the thing that holds them on fell off! help!!

Mine didnt come with fasteners either and I had to do the same as most people who have answered already. Took the side marker with me into Lowes Home Improvement store and found a pressure washer that fit. My side markers have not fallen off or loosened at all. Do not glue them on as you may need to replace them one day.
