Piece of mind
I hope I will never have to use this but is is small, well packaged and easy to carry just in case.

The tow rope is black
This seems like a quality product, but the tow rope is black, regardless of color selection. I wanted neon green for visibility. But just the pouch is the color selection.

Works
Used it for towing, and helping get bikes up some nasty hills, and it worked great. Small compact, fits in a fender bag or backpack real easy. I will be taking it with me anytime I go riding.

No mounting solution, just a pouch to carry the strap
This tow strap comes with a carrying storage pouch with NO mounting option or solution. You must carry this in a backpack or tail or fender bag if you are riding a motorcycle (dirt bike). It should be readily accessible, and for the price it should have this option already sewed onto the pouch. Disappointed. I thought this was similar to the Pit Posse strap I have, it has a velcro hook and loop strap for mounting the pouch to a handguard or frame point on the dirt bike. It makes it easy to access, not lose it or bury it in a backpack.Returning it, not even tried to use it as is. No reason to try and spend time making a mounting solution. It's just a one inch nylon strap in a zipper bag pouch.

TOW strap. not a recovery strap
Do not use this for ATV recovery. tried to pull out a high centered 420 honda with my 750 brute force. it jsut stretched to an uncomfortable point, where i thought anymore it would just snap. will work great for flat towing, but not for recovery.

Great product
I won’t leave him without it! Had it for a month and what do you know, needed to help a buddy out. Small enough to fit anywhere almost.

Good little micro strap. Made in USA
Very tight webbing. Loops are double sewn, Hope that’s good enough. Very small and nice little packaging that could benefit from a little D-ring or belt loop sewn in. Could go across handlebar crossbar if that is available.1700# is way more than you can push/pull. Used carefully this could be used to help a car along aStreet or pull a tree off a road, lots of stuff. Cheap enough to put one in every car.

Works great for dual sport bikes
Had my bike towed twice - once on the tarmac for 2km and once to get out of a mud bog that swallowed my wheels. In both cases it was looped around my giant loop lift strap up front and tied to the other bike. The rubber handle on the lift strap took a beating but no worries for the tow strap.Bike is a DRZ400SM so a little heavier than your average enduro bike. Tow strap packs small so it's great to leave in the tail bag or backpack. Recommended!
