Diana makes a good product. Perfect, balance weight for a 5 foot ultra light rod. Smooth operation . 6lb line capacity was impressive for its size.

Very solid lightweight reel
I've used Dawai reels for decades now. They are always a solid option. I paired this lighweight reel with a 2 piece Fenwick light-moderate rod and can cast 1/8 oz lures super far. Will enjoy this one for many years.

Not bad but had to clean
It’s a good reel and the perfect size for ultralight rods. Reel was a little sticky feeling but after a cleaning and oiling it smoothed out. Love Daiwa reels but I didn’t care that I had to work on it before using it. Maybe I just got an off one but it still works well after cleaning.

Very smooth operation
I brought this one to replace other ultra-light reel that is falling apart. Ended up giving away another one, because I know that it won’t be used since I purchased this one. Fits in my travel case, on my telescopic rod, better than the original.

Solid reel for pack ultralight trout setup
I paired this with a Daiwa Presso 6'6" UL 4 piece rod to use as a pack rod for back country lakes in Oregon/Washington. I also use it as a secondary rod to my Fenwick Eagle M/FL 7'0" 4 piece for general trout or smallmouth fishing. I'm just a fan of compact UL setups!

It’s ok
At its price point it’s just ok. Lots better out there.Pros: small size, folding handle, strong bail, and well built(will last awhile)Cons: not very smooth, drag adjustments are too far apart(hard to fine tune), heavy for its size, pricey for what you get.

Quality
I believe this is the best small reel on the market for the price. I have one that has taken abuse from weather, travel, and children learning how to fish. I liked the reel so much I bought 2 more, one for me and one for my wife.
