I have reached out to customer service weekly since it stopped working to inquire on a reset or possible replacement. New rating of 4 stars (from the original 1 star I gave it) reflects the product and the customer service provided. Previous 1 star review below. Purchased this dehumidifier for the bathroom. A little noisy but not loud enough to keep we awake being that this was for the master bathroom. When first purchased, it would fill up the reservoir in approx 5 days in the SoCal summer. Towards the end of it's life, it would take over 2 weeks before it filled up, again in SoCal summer. So overall I'd give the product 4 stars for when it was new. Minus 2 stars for it breaking after 14 months of usage, just past the warranty period. Minus another 2 stars for non-existent customer service (direct message on their website that's linked on Amazon's product page) when I reached out to them about possible reseting procedure, hoping that's all it would need. Granted it's out of the warranty period so I wouldn't expect them to replace it but it would've been nice if they at least replied with some sort of assistance.
