Transcend512 MB CompactFlash Memory Card TS512MCF100I

My heart sank a little with the sketchy packaging, but the product delivers. Most CF cards on the market are not industrial cards and when using a CF to IDE adapter in an old PC will have issues. These transcend cards can function properly as functionally IDE drives and work well. Worked in an IBM Thinkpad 350 and 755 with no issues (outside of the fun task to ripping one of those caddies open). Another win for me with Transcend.

Does what it is supposed to do. Good solid quality and after several formats an writing operations not a single bit got lost
