I take collagen regularly. Till now i have bought 3 bottles of this. I bought it for skin health but got added benefits. Having cronic acne its not easy to manage but with this it heals faster. Though it takes time to mix with water and tastes bad but is super effective. My skin became really soft. And my eczema on my body just healed on its own with only this. Have been consuming this collagen since August 2021 and their formulation now has changed to be a very finely milled powder as opposed the how it was before, in dissolving in water it appears contaminated. 5 stars because their formulation was great and this used to be a terrific product single origin marine collagen peptides source but now not so sure. Please check the product and buy.

Taste is ok but the effect of this product we can see transperranly totally is good and it will give a health skin if we take continuously

This item does not dissolve in water, juice or smoothie at all. It will form pulps which are difficult swallow. This is a scam.. stay away from this.

I bought this fish collagen for my husband, it really helped relieve his skin condition. Within couple of weeks of consuming it, we saw a lot of difference on his skin. Also the ordour of fish is very very mild, okay to drink with coffee or tea (without milk). We have already ordered for a second one.
