Tasty little pizzas but not suited for microwave anymore
Chicago Town's mini variety are the only deep dish pizzas I buy.The tomato sauce base and meat topping is generous but the cheese quality and flavour is lacking. I tend to sprinkle on some grated mature cheddar halfway through baking βΊοΈI don't know when they got rid of the silver discs but without them, the crust is too soft and chewy when done in the microwave. You get the best results if you pop them in the oven or an airfrier.
