Great overview of Quality and TQM for graduate study. Provides a nice history and introduction to Quality Management in a variety of environments.

This book was used in a course for my MHA program at the University of Cincinnati and was an easy to follow and very well-written textbook which made the subject material understandable and interesting to learn about. Highly recommend.

The content is very dry, but it was a required reading for school. The book itself wasn’t in the best quality (I bought it used) and I knew the quality wouldn’t be the best; however, I thought it would be a bit better.
