What is the max height for this piece of equipment?

I'm not sure what's the max height but it fits me and my husband. I'm 5'4 and my husband is 6'4.

One of my ankle straps came in with default, the ring was detached from the strap which was quite frustrating. Any help to get it replaced?

Is this product useful for jumping the rope? Or it could be dangerous for my legs using it during that type of training?

the premise of the gym trainer is to help you you Jump higher, I guess you could use it to train on jump rope tricks.

I recently purchased this same item, and Im not sure on how to connect the straps. In the video the straps are alot longer then the ones i recieved.

Put on the belt and attach the resistance straps to the belt, then put the ankle straps on your ankles. The next step involves bringing your ankles as close to your bum as possible. You can do this by squatting or kneeling. When your ankles are close to your waist you can then stretch the resistance straps and hooks them to your ankle straps. The resistance straps will be very short until you stretch them.
