It can fit my 3 changes of clothes (gym clothes, after work-out wear, and extra clothes from work/leisure time),towel, shower shoes on 1 side, running shoes on other, all my shower accessories (shampoo,conditioner,hair brushes...) AND it still has room for more!I've also used it for small 3-day weekend trips as well, its fits about 3 jeans, 8+ shirts and 2 pairs of shoes (1 pair on either side) with room to spare. You can definitely fit up to a 1 weeks worth of clothes in it without problems-if you would ever need to.You receive a FREE washable insert--It's perfect for holding wet swimsuits or recently worked out in socks/underwear/clothes...perfect for keeping it separate from all my clean clothes and not stinking up the bag*Pockets-- So many pockets!! Love it! Two ventilated compartments on either side of bag (perfect for shoes)...Inside the bag-Smaller one (one on side) for jewelry or whatnot and other inside compartment....My smaller items don't get loss in the bag.Ventilated--Awesome knowing that my shoes can get some fresh air after I'm done working out and no longer need my bagAntimicrobial--I feel better knowing that nothing can grow on or in my bag* (yes, there may be some other bags with antimicrobial outside...but, the inside of the bag is just as important.I believe this is the best aspect of this bag.Waterproof bottom-- The main reason I purchased this bag is because it is antimicrobial and waterproof on the bottom of it. I don't feel as bad setting my bag down on the icky gym floor or locker room if, I have no other choice.Size:The size of the bag is perfect...It is not horribly big and not too small.Style: I chose the black on black and I'm so happy I did...It's perfect for taking to work (without being too loud) and to the gym (of course)... I've actually gotten many complements of the bag's style and asked where I got it from.As of now my here as my cons with the bag-Con: It does not have carry handles like regular duffel bags. You could even use it for an overnighter and even for travel. Shoes fit nicely into either of the side pockets. I also have used these pockets for other large items, including my large water bottle (36oz). There are lots of pockets zippered pockets, which I prefer. The small padded pocket inside is perfect for my bluetooth and headsets. There is padded pocket up top that you could use for sunglasses or other eyewear. The elastic mesh pockets outside also are good for small and medium sized water canisters. Overall, it's a great bag with lots of secured compartments with zippers. The only reason that I am giving it 4 rather than 5 stars is because it's simply a larger bag than I would prefer. Although it is large and fits in the gym locker, it does not hold my yoga mat. I think if this could be modified to allow a yoga mat, then it would be the perfect gym bag for most. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Man, I really do love this bag. *by Z***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 17, 2014* At first I was concerned this bag may not have all the space necessary to hold my gym stuff (clothes, sneakers, towels, toiletries) -- but it does. And perfectly.The side shoe compartments are perfect. I use one to hold my sneakers and the other to store and 1 of everything I may forget on any given day (socks, underwear, shorts, shirt). The compartment holds my gym clothes and towels with ease. And the side compartments hold all my toiletries.I was going to purchase a separate travel bag to hold my toiletries, but after using the main side compartment, have decided I don't need to. It holds my shampoo, soap, deodorant, and all that.The water bottle holders are perfect (high enough to hold things securely).Everything appears to be top quality with this bag. From the fabrics, seams, zippers, and construction.
