Great Value!
I've felt like I've researched gymnastics rings to the nth degree with what's on the web before settling on these. I'm always on the search for great value. I feel like the combination of the accessories and the carabiner-style straps put this item at the top of the heap.Rings: Wood is usually recommended unless you need to use it outdoors. These are wood and look similar to any of the other ones out there. The only downside would be you may need to do a little sanding or adding of grip tape, as they aren't butter smooth. But that's about the easiest fix if you don't like it straight out of the box.Straps: Nice and thick, the only downside appears to be they tend to be rough on your skin if you rub against them. Otherwise, they are solid and I'd be more concerned with what you are attaching them to failing than for these to fail. The pockets are double stitched and the numbers are layered on. About the only concern would be these rubbing off in time, but that would happen regardless unless they were stitched or dyed in.Carabiner: These are thick and solid and easy enough to move from pocket to pocket. I really liked this style as opposed to the other clamping style found in most others. Those on the cheaper end have trouble with theAccessories: This is where the extra value comes in. You get 5 accessories to increase the number of workouts you can do. One door jamb, two thick, solid handles and two straps.

Solid and Secure Workout Anywhere
I get super excited anytime I go to a new gym with rings already set up, so when I saw these I didn't hesitate to just get my own. These Olympic rings are awesome. Right out of the box I could tell the set up would be easy. Some of the TRX systems I've used are kind of annoying when trying to get the handle lengths to match, but with these rings, the straps have numbered attachment points for the carabiner so you know exactly how long to make each one. Once they're set up and ready to use, there is no doubt they are secure and you can do any workout you want. Included in the package were a door anchor, handles, and foot straps. If I'm being nitpicky, I was under the impression grip tape was included but it's not the biggest deal in the world to get some on my own. Overall, I am beyond pleased with this purchase and look forward to using these rings all the time.

Good quality rings, strap system works OK unless you make big length adjustments often
I bought these rings because I wanted numbered straps and wooden rings. The rings are of good quality and sanded smooth. The numbered straps allow you to quickly get both rings to the same target height. The carabiner adjustment system mostly works well for me. I have the straps attached to a pull up bar, and I like that I can detach the rings and tuck away the straps when I am done, saving me from having to attach and detach the straps from the bar.The biggest issue with this system vs. traditional buckles is that extending the straps to full length (e.g. for pushups) then making them very short (e.g. for pullups) requires adjusting both the top and bottom of each strap. If your attachment point is very high like mine then you need to drag out the ladder every time, compared to a buckle where you can easily extend it to full length and bring it up as high as you can reach. However if you don’t need to lengthen/shorten all the way (e.g. dips and pullups) then you only need to adjust the bottom of the strap. The other minor complaint is the hook nose on the carabiner. The straps are big and barely fit inside the carabiner, and the nose gets caught on the strap when you are trying to remove the carabiner. It’s probably a safety feature in case you somehow were to open the carabiner gate while exercising but in practice this is highly unlikely and makes adjusting the straps annoying. If leaving the straps attached to your bar is not important to you, you might consider getting rings with numbered straps but the traditional buckle system as that would be easier to adjust and give you the same level of precision.

I Love These!
I love these! I attach these to the top of my squat rack and they are the PERFECT addition to my gym. I love that I can do back rows, and adjust the length of the straps to the difficulty I need. The additional attachments are handy for more stability than the rings. You can take this on the go and use it wherever there is a safe place to hang it. I would definitely buy this again. It has added much variety to my at-home training.
