Duzzy 75 Inch Collapsible Shower Water Dam Shower Stopper Barrier and Retention System and Keeps Water Inside Threshold Dry and Wet Separation Suitable for Bathroom and Kitchen

I have just remodeled our bathroom and turned it into a roll in shower for my paralyzed husband. I researched, looking for the best solution to keep the water from spilling out and make it possible for the wheelchair to get over. Thresholds are so difficult for his wheelchair to get over. He wanted this water barrier at the door so his wheelchair can roll over it.It is pretty straightforward to install. I made sure the tile was throughly cleaned. Then, I peeled the red adhesive strip cover back, and slowly stuck the white barrier, sticky side down. I pressed hard, to be sure it got a really good adhesion. I made sure no one walked or rolled on it. After several days, it was shower time! When he rolls into the room, the barrier bounces back up to hold the water in. It's kind of kibble like driving over a speed bump, with the little bump to get over. However, my husband's nurses say it is easy to roll the wheelchair over. I have seen the power of this barrier. No water has leaked out of the shower, thanks to this! I'm thrilled with how nice it looks and the height of the barrier to hold the water in.

I used this to create a water barrier around my hot water heater. I tried to install one of the pans, but it was tricky to get it under the water heater and then it ended up being too small for my 75 gallon unit.I was looking for a way to add a water barrier after the water heater was already installed. This worked perfectly. I cleaned the floor really well, and the 3M adhesive strip on this sticks really well to the floor. I was actually surprised how well it stuck.I also drilled a hole in the side and threaded a PVC pipe into the wall. Then a plastic tube connects the barrier to the floor drain. If the water heater develops a slow leak, this should direct the water right to the drain.Overall I’m really happy with how well this seems to have worked.

sticks on very tight, even if you want to curve it around the edges of a shower basin/pan. once it is stuck-on, I think it is a perfect amount of flexibility (bending top to bottom) so that its strong enough to keep a curtain and the water all in the basin, but it bends over nicely if you step on it and not trip. I also like the color.one thing I would recommend to the manufacturer - the sticky tape is not easy to separate. you should have a "pull here" tab on one end that helps with that.

I wasn't sure this product would work to stop a shower that was leaking from under the door. It worked extremely well and saved me a ton of money. If it had not worked I would have had to remove a shower door and redo the tile on the shower floor. Thanks a great product would highly recommend to anyone. It also looks nice.

Exactly as advertised! I live in a handicap accessible apartment and our shower floors are really low with a small curb. Every time we would shower water would escape the shower and be a huge clean up after. I put this along the edge of our shower and not only is it aesthetically pleasing but keeps the water at bay in the shower! A little pricey but so worth it! Great quality, durable and the sticky part of the barrier has not worn out from using the shower multiple times!

Used it for the shower. Water kept getting out and all over the floor. This solved the problem. Easy to use and set up.

Have spent a fortune trying to find some way to stop the water from running out of my handicapped shower. This worked, along with a few other things and ingenuity. This bumper is expensive, but it worked. Put caulk at the ends, where it meets the shower. Don’t know how long it will last, but for now, at least I don’t have to do a big mop job after I shower.Been using for more than a month now. No more water on floor! Also bought the curved thingys that go at the top of the shower curtain to curve the curtain inward(shaped like an “L”). Great invention for handicapped shower. Put “weights” at the bottom of the curtain to add weight and hold the curtain down, away from your legs.

* Bought this to add into my standing shower. Hold water well and no more water around the bathroom.* Strong adhesive. Before installing these make sure you clean the surface well. and Install it slowly and put enough pressure so this holds well.* Flexible and you can cut also if you want. Works really well in my shower (which has a shallow shower tray) to stop the water flooding out onto the bathroom floor
